Support Angel
This is a quick shout out to a free app called Support Angel. It works fast, it’s free and gives you all the information you need about your device. (Though I still want more!)
There is a field in the memory section and it’s advised that < 50mb means you should maybe consider restarting your device to free some up as it may affect performance.
When you open the app, it fires into action to give you all the information you may need if you are having any problems with apps or your iPhone. It tells you the important things you may need to send to the developer, and with one click to send an email of all your stats it seems an ideal way to send off a lot of information fast.
The app is supported by iAds but they are very unobtrusive as the text information is very tight and well laid out so you really suffer no effects from this. For me I do prefer an app without ads but there doesn’t seem to be an option to pay to get rid of them.
The process list is currently a list of everything that is ‘opened’ or that you are using on your phone. The numbers to the right are just id’s to that service and not actually a number of significance such as memory as I first wondered, but it’s good too see all the entries.
Good styling and easy on the eyes, I’m not 100% sold on the icon, I just don’t quite think that yellow goes with the nice blues… but I’m always really picky about icons!
So – ya wanted to mention this, as it is one of those apps you don’t need to use often but I’m keeping it on my phone because when I do need it, it’s quick & easy to send or access the information about your device.
If you want to grab a copy it’s Free Support Angel
