Must have Mac App: Screentaker
There is a little utility app that I have been using for months, and I just love it. So much so that I wrote about it and how useful it is back in April. Now it’s been modified and updated and is available on the Mac App Store. I have bought the new version and if it is an app that you use from his previous version, you should fork over the £2.99 as it’s sucha great price for an app that you will use a lot.
It still works in a similar way as previously, where you just drag your images onto the space in the app to create the image, but it now also has the ability to capture from the simulator. This is brilliant and a time saver.
The only tiny thing that I would like if he updates the app, is to include the iPhone 4 with headphones, not just the current option of the 3G iPhone. If you go to the developers website: fabian-kreiser then you should have a read about the plugins help as you can develop your additions to the app yourself. He includes a sample project to get you started!
