Tasty Pie
This is the Raspberry Pi – a credit-card sized computer that plugs into your TV and a keyboard.
The folks who have designed it would love it to be used by kids to learn programming – I think it might work because it looks as fun as heck! It also comes with an amazing price, of $25 or $35 for a bit more capacity. From their website they are going to do a run of 10 000, which might be available from February 2012.I am totally watching this space and think it may offer a lot of exciting possibilities. If it’s as interesting and fun to use as Arduino I think they will have a massive hit on their hands.

So February’s come & gone, have you played with one of these Raspberry Pi’s yet? A few of us here in Wpg are on the notification list for when they are available abroad… But as of now, mid July, we’ve heard nothing.
